Abandon NCAA Basketball for NBA Youth Teams?

Was talking with some friends about this, and we thought it would be a good idea if the NBA adopted the policy that European Football (Soccer) has, rather then make players attendcollegeto play (Ultimately most of them only want to play professional anyway). Why not allow NBA franchises to have youth academy teams, which will allow them to sign young basketballers to academy deals until they are ready to make a full pro debut. Therefore the top basketballers can focus on their athletics in professional setups based on improving there games rather then them being forced to gocollegeand attain a certain academic achievement to b eligible to play. Most players declare for the Draft in their early years of eligibility anyway, so ultimately they aren't going tocollegefor a degree....

What you think? Youth teams or no....

Abandon NCAA Basketball for NBA Youth Teams?nba 2k7

mostcollegeplayers arent going to the NBA

only a small percentage will

plus theres already the NBDL

Abandon NCAA Basketball for NBA Youth Teams?nba rules ,nba teams

no, because only a handful are going to the nba and if they get hurt or injured they need a job to fall back on so they should have to take acedemic classes
